Whether working as a Bar, Kitchen, or Dining Room Manager, these people take great pride in leading their teams to provide outstanding hospitality every night at Farzi cafe.
We are looking for dynamic management applicants for Mississauga location.
Requirement:
This role could be responsible for as many as 40 staff members. Being part of the process of selecting, hiring, training, and scheduling of many personalities and positions takes people with a variety of talents and skills, including:
· Excellent communication
· Patience
· Inclusive interpersonal outlook
· A desire to coach, guide and develop staff
· Experience in the restaurant business
You will be expected to facilitate great restaurant and bar experiences every single visit, but you will also be held accountable for meeting budgets from a sales and cost perspective.
