You must be well experienced on the Tandoori section of an Indian kitchen.

Preparation of dough, marinades, and sauces
maintenance of kitchen area
butchery of lamb, chicken and fish
Follow recipes and presentation specifications,
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently,
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation and
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
Previous experience in a high quality dining kitchen.
